Welcome to Exmoor Event Bars, Here you will find a large selection of beautiful timber bars, sleek contemporary bars, luxurious horsebox bars and, even an inflatable pub for hire, fully staffed and with a bespoke menu of your choice. Covering Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset & Avon. Our bars are absolutely perfect for events in marquees, village halls, private residences, barns, wedding venues, gardens, fields, corporate, really the list is endless, we can set up pretty much anywhere and can be completely self-sufficient. If your venue of choice already has a bar in situ, we have absolutely no problem stocking and serving from it. Offering a completely bespoke service, you get the menu of your very own, cocktails included if they are your thing, we can personalise these too. Draught is available for cool pints on tap. We supply lovely professional staff, event notice (TEN) and everything needed for a fully functioning bar service.

Bar Options

Cash Bar: where guests pay for their own drinks. We take cash, card and Apple Pay (the latter when Wi-Fi or mobile signal permits).

Token Bar: when you want to give your guests a drink or perhaps two.

Pop some money behind the bar, we can run a separate menu if you wish, once the money is spent, we revert to a cash/card pay as you go bar.

Open Bar: when you want to pay for all your guests drinks.

An amount is pre-paid, if that is met, we can keep a tab and this can be settled at the end of the service, likewise if the amount isn’t met we can refund at the end of the service.
